Bike Repairs

It is highly recommended that you take your bicycle for regular maintenance and repair by a professional mechanic at your bicycle store.  However, sometimes repairs have to be made on the road.  The following videos may be helpful.

The most important repair on a ride is to fix a flat.  In our area a major cause of flats is a little known invasive weed called "goathead"  [it has several other names as well.]  Click on this link to learn more about it.
