Calorie Charts

For those concerned with weight, calories and exercise, the following three links can be quite useful. 
  • Calorie charts.  These charts give the amount of energy in calories used per mile and per hour as well as a graph of calories/min vs. heart rate.

  • BMI.  This page comes from the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute of Health.  It has several other interesting links, check the one on "Portion Distortion!"
